Noform products carry a 3-year warranty comprising: 3-Year Limited Manufacturing Warranty, against defects in materials and workmanship (excluding covers and handles, if present). We will repair or replace the product at our discretion. </p>
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, such as cracks, splits, or warping of wood, not caused by external factors.
- Structural integrity issues, including joints, frames, and overall stability.
- Finish and coating, peeling, blistering, or significant fading under normal use conditions.
- Hardware and components (hinges, screws, brackets) are failing due to manufacturing defects
- Normal softening or sagging of cushions less than 1 inch (2.5 cm).
- Loss of resilience in springs, webbing, or internal support systems.
- Natural hairline cracks in wood less than 10 cm in length, arising from seasonal or humidity changes.
- Handcrafted imperfections, minor knots, colour variations, or surface inconsistencies inherent to natural materials.
- Borer or fungus infestation caused by prolonged exposure to humidity or damp conditions.
- Products purchased on an 'as seen and liked' basis from an exhibition or discounted sales.
- Cuts, scratches, or damage from accidents, impacts, or negligence.
- Natural fading or wear of fabrics, leather, and cushion cores over time.
- Damage from improper installation, third-party assembly, or modifications.
- Damage from water exposure, direct sunlight, or improper storage.
- Breakage of glass, mirror, or stone tops after delivery
