Agreement

By purchasing from Noform (operated by NF Interiors Private Limited), you enter into a binding agreement governed by these terms. These terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms

Products

We reserve the right to update product availability, discontinue existing designs, and add new products without prior notice. Product colours and textures may appear differently on screen than in person. We recommend reviewing physical samples before placing a final order. 

Limitation of Liability

Noform shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our products or services. All purchases are made at the customer's own discretion. 

Intellectual Property

All product designs, branding, platform content, and manufacturing processes are the sole intellectual property of Noform Design Studio Private Limited. Reproduction or unauthorised use is strictly prohibited. 

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from a purchase or the use of our platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, India.
