Product Care

Furniture: Wood, Metal, Stone & Leather

  • Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth with a mild soap solution and wipe dry immediately.

  • Avoid commercial cleaning sprays such as glass or surface cleaners, as they can damage the finish.

  • Keep furniture away from direct sunlight and heat sources to prevent warping, cracking, or fading.

  • Use coasters, placemats, and protective pads to prevent scratches and water rings.

  • When moving furniture, always lift; do not drag.

  • Periodically apply a quality wood polish to maintain the finish and enhance natural beauty.

Sofa Care

  • Vacuum your sofa regularly, paying attention to the crevices between cushions.

  • For fabric sofas, consider a fabric protector spray. Clean spills immediately by blotting; do not rub.

  • Rotate and fluff cushions regularly to maintain shape and prevent uneven wear.

Removable Covers

  • Remove and vacuum covers regularly to eliminate dust and debris.

  • Follow the care label for washing instructions. If machine washable, use a gentle cycle with mild detergent and cold water. Avoid bleach.

  • Air-dry covers flat or hanging. Avoid direct sunlight or high heat. If tumble drying is permitted, use a low-heat setting.

  • For stains, spot-clean immediately with a mild detergent solution and soft cloth. Blot gently; test on a hidden area first.

  • Ensure covers are completely dry before replacing to prevent mould or mildew.

Rug Care

  • Vacuum regularly with a low-powered vacuum (preferably without a beater brush) to prevent dust from settling deep in the fibres.

  • Avoid prolonged direct sunlight to prevent fading.

  • Some shedding is normal and will reduce with regular vacuuming.

  • Place rug protectors under heavy furniture legs to prevent pile compression.

  • Clip loose ends with scissors; do not pull.

  • Rotate the rug periodically for even wear.

  • Blot spills immediately with a clean cloth. For stubborn stains, professional cleaning is recommended.

  • Store in a dry, well-ventilated area. Roll the rug with the backing facing outward and wrap in cloth; never fold or store in plastic.

  • Use a rug pad to extend the rug's life and add comfort and stability.
